Complaints Performance Data
Each quarter the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) publish performance data for each force which sets out how they handle and resolve complaints. Police force data | Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)
Additionally the IOPC will publish an annual complaints statistics report which allows the IOPC to identify good practice, trends and differences that need to be looked into. Police complaints statistics | Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)
In accordance with the Legislative Requirements , the OPCC will publish an annual report to demonstrate how the PCC holds the Chief Constable to account in respect of complaints performance. Additionally the PCC will provide an assessment of their own performance in carrying out other complaint handling functions.
