As part of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week, we’ve raised awareness of the impact of ASB and the importance of taking action to reduce its effects on our communities.

We also acknowledged the incredible work of our commissioned services, including Victim Support, in providing vital support to victims of ASB. These organisations play a crucial role in helping individuals affected by ASB rebuild their lives and navigate the support available to them.

A key part of addressing ASB is ensuring that victims have a voice in the process. If you’ve experienced persistent ASB and feel that it hasn’t been addressed, the ASB Case Review (previously known as the Community Trigger) is an important tool available to you. It allows victims to ask for a review of how their case has been handled, ensuring that it is properly assessed and escalated if necessary.  Case Review can tackle issues such as noise disturbance, animal disturbance, anti-social vehicle use, and intimidating behaviour.

Through ASB Awareness Week 2026, we are committed to working together with communities to ensure that every resident feels safe and supported. Follow along with us this week on social media at @DPOPCC, join the conversation with #ASBAwarenessWeek, and find out how you can get involved.
